I’m trying to grow my Instagram following and taking IG a little more seriously.
And by seriously… I mean not that seriously :-)
I’ll sometimes film short Kettlebell or Bodyweight workout videos.
Or talk about what life is like living in an off-grid shipping container home in the jungle of Costa Rica with my wife and 5 kids (and 2 dogs & 3 cats & 11 kettlebells).
